The contribution presents a systematic review of the literature on pedagogical supervision in socioeducational contexts, analyzing 50 papers mainly related to the national context. Through the PRISMA protocol, the collected data were categorized, leading to the systematization of different models and approaches to supervision. The results show several benefits of supervision, such as professional development and the wellbeing of educational professionals. It emerges that further empirical research needs to be conducted to evaluate the impact of supervision, with the aim of supporting the dissemination of effective practices and improving work and continuing education.
Il contributo presenta una revisione sistematica della letteratura sulla supervisione pedagogica nei contesti socio-educativi, analizzando 50 articoli relativi principalmente al contesto nazionale. Attraverso il protocollo PRISMA, i dati raccolti sono stati categorizzati, giungendo a sistematizzare vari modelli e approcci alla supervisione. I risultati mostrano diversi benefici della supervisione, come lo sviluppo professionale e il benessere dei professionisti dell’educazione. Emerge la necessità di condurre ulteriori ricerche empiriche per valutare l'impatto della supervisione, con l'obiettivo di supportare la diffusione di pratiche efficaci e migliorare il lavoro e la formazione continua.
