The paper tends to shed light on the recognition of the Trust in Italy after the Hague Convention. Starting from the protections, I tried to reconstruct the legal framework of the case to highlight the contrasts between lawyers and judges regarding the applicability of the trust in the internal negotiations.
L’elaborato tende a far luce sul riconoscimento del Trust in Italia dopo la Convenzione dell’Aja. Muovendo dalle prassi si è cercato di sussumere i risultati in una prospettiva più astratta che porti ad evidenziare le posizioni contrastanti in tema di applicabilità del trust nelle negoziazioni interne.
