In this symposium, scholars and practitioners from Europe, United States, New Zealand and Australia come together to present their latest findings on culture and climate underpinnigs of organizational wellbeing and effectiveness. The aim is to bring support to new different research venues connecting (a) positive/negative affective cultures/climates to productive versus deviant behaviors; (b) job insecurity (JI) at individual and organizational levels to job satisfaction (JS) and psychological distress; (c) key cultural drivers with both organizational safety and financial performance; (d) different theoretical culture models (GLOBE, Individualism/Collectivism-INDCOL, Intensity & Strength Organizational Culture- ISOC) to both positive (JS) and negative (turnover intentions) indicators of employee well-being.
