The article is an articulated commentary over the European Stability Mechanism after the European Court of Justice decision in the Pringle case. The author claims the Court of justice has lost a chance to analze constitutional problems of the new instrument and to set clear rules over the relationship among different treaties approved during the sovereign debt crisis by Member States of the EU.
