Leaqd(II) glycodeoxycholate solubility has been studied as a function of glycodeoxycholate concentration at 25°C and in 0.100, 0.200, 0.300, 0.400, 0.500, 0.600 and 0.750 M N(CH3)4Cl as constnt ionic medium. The results of solubility and electromotive force measurements have been explained by assuming the presence of associated species between lead(II) and glycodeoxycholate with ratios 1:2 and 1:3. The solubility product and the association constants have been determined for all the ionic medium concentrations. on the basis of the results of this work, an electrode suitable for giving the free concentration of glycodeoxycholate ions can be built. The behaviour of such an electrode is described in this paper.

Abstract
The behaviour of such an electrode is described in this paper.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
