Attitude toward risk can vary both among primate species and populations of the same species. We presented a capuchin colony hosted in Rome with a risky choice paradigm previously employed with another capuchin colony hosted in Strasbourg. The two colonies differed in risk attitude likely due to individual and management differences rather than to the different risky-choice task employed. These findings have relevant implications for comparative studies on decision-making under risk.

Abstract
Attitude toward risk can vary both among primate species and populations of the same species. We presented a capuchin colony hosted in Rome with a risky choice paradigm previously employed with another capuchin colony hosted in Strasbourg. The two colonies differed in risk attitude likely due to individual and management differences rather than to the different risky-choice task employed. These findings have relevant implications for comparative studies on decision-making under risk.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
