The coexistence of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and multiple myeloma (MM) is a rare clinical condition with limited therapeutic evidence. We report the case of a 58-year-old patient with CLL diagnosed in 2016 and MM in 2022, requiring simultaneous treatment of both diseases. The patient was treated with venetoclax, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (Ven-Vd), achieving a complete response of MM and a partial response of CLL after eight cycles. This case highlights the potential efficacy of Ven-Vd in patients with concomitant CLL and MM.
