Mid-term Rental Listings Geodatabase

This database contains georeferenced microdata, provided in CSV, on online listings for monthly rentals advertised on dedicated digital platforms in several major European cities: Athens, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Rome, Florence, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Porto, and Seville. The data were extracted on various dates in 2025 and 2026 from the Erasmus Play website, which aggregates listings from multiple booking platforms, including Casita, Coliving, Flatio, Homestay, HousingAnywhere, Inlife, Joivy, Live4Life, Roomlala, Spacest, Spotahome, Uniplaces, etc. The datasets include publicly available information on each listing, such as the provider and URL, the type of accommodation (e.g., room or entire apartment), the date of extraction and the date of import into Erasmus Play, the rental price and required deposit in euros, the minimum rental duration, the address and geographic coordinates, and other attributes.
