We report the unusual case of obstruction of the celiac trunk (CT) and stenosis of the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) by me- dian arcuate ligament (MAL) in a 65-years-old asymptomatic pa- tient, who underwent liver transplant assessment for HCV-related cirrhosis and associated HCC.
