Il ruolo dei CPIA per l’inclusione: dare voce agli insegnanti

The Provincial Centres for Adult Education provide literacy and Italian language learning courses (AALI), equivalent to the levels A1 and A2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for languages, for a total duration of 200 hours. They represent a turning point for the education and the training of adults and play a significant role in the inclusion of the migrant population. The paper focuses part of a mixed-methods research. It returns the voice of teachers, protagonists of the CPIA context, reached through online interviews during 2021, with the aim of investigating the inclusive teaching and training offer of the AALI courses and the training needs of teachers and learners.

I Centri Provinciali per l'Istruzione degli Adulti erogano i corsi di alfabetizzazione e apprendimento della lingua italiana (AALI), equivalenti al livello A1 e A2 del Quadro Comune Europeo di Riferimento per le lingue, per una durata complessiva di 200 ore. Rappresentano un punto di svolta per l'istruzione e l'educazione delle persone adulte e rivestono un importante ruolo per l'inclusione della popolazione migrante. Il contributo presenta parte di una ricerca sul campo realizzata con metodi misti. Sono qui presentati i dati qualitativi relativi alla Teachers Voice, restituendo la voce di alcuni/e insegnanti, protagonisti/e del contesto dei CPIA, raggiunti attraverso delle interviste online nel corso del 2021, con l'obiettivo di indagare le didattiche inclusive e l’offerta formativa dei corsi AALI e i bisogni formativi di chi vi insegna e vi apprende.
