Pupils with SLD need accessible and effective teaching - not special/separate, informed by evidence and usefull for the whole class - which rests its foundations on inclusive planning and quality. This can materialize if it is based on integrated planning processes between class planning and Personalized Teaching Plan (PTP) for students with SLD. The contribution presents a proposal for a PTP model integrated to class planning consistent with the effective and inclusive teaching learning model and with ADDIE model. We suppose that this model could represent a more adequate alternative to the PTP model provided by the Ministry of Education, which is poorly suited to combining with educational planning for the all pupils, in terms of semantic-conceptual and methodological coherence.
