Epithelioid hemangioma (EH), originally described as epithelioid angiomatous hyperplasia with eosinophilia, is an uncommon benign vascular tumor typically occurring in the skin, occasionally in the deep soft tissue, bone, and viscera. Primary EH of the central nervous system (CNS) is extremely unusual, with only few cases described in the literature .
