The transition from traditional teaching to competence-based teaching requires teachers to be ready for change, undergo professional updating, and reconfigure Learning spaces and environments ([1], [2], [3]). In the context of elevating international education standards, understanding teachers' evaluative judgments of a change Initiative implemented by the school can provide practical insights into how to lead change effectively in schools. This contribution aims to describe a research project with the objective of conducting a survey of best practices implemented by secondary education teachers, supplemented by their perceptions of didactic methodological innovation within the Avanguardie Educative’s framework "Beyond the Disciplines".
