CTCA with iterative image reconstruction can be successfully performed using an idoine concentration as low as 270 mg/ml with the advantage of a significantly lower injection pressure comare to standard idoine contrast medium (320 mg/ml). The combination of low idoine concentration, low tube voltage and adoptive statistical iterative image reconstruction allows a significant reduction in CM injection pressure, iodine load, radiation exposure n CTCA in non obese patients.
