Classes set on Row Labels in the DSO are: Set1: Sampling Time (i.e. T0=1st day, T1=2nd day, T2=3rd day and T3=4th day). Set2: Degrees Plato (i.e. density of the liquid measured with a hydrometer calibrated with Plato gravity scale).
