We report the case of a 64-years old female patient presenting to the Emergency Department on March 4, 2020. At admission, she complained of intense diffuse abdominal pain. She did not report any respiratory symptoms. She did not report any contact with patients affected by COVID-19 infection nor people coming from endemic areas.
