Abstract
Vegetable oils are one of the most important components of the human diet, therefore unfortunately, contamination of olive oils is not only due to pesticide residues, but also derives from the presence of plasticizers. The presence of plasticizers constitute a significant health risk. There is evidence that phthalates are hepatotoxic, are harmful to the gastrointestinal tract, irritating to skin and eyes and are probably carcinogenic, while adipates and sebacate are toxic by contact, ingestion or inhalation [1, 2].siloxane) capillary column (30 m x 0.25 mm, film 0.25 m); the GC column oven temperature program was from 60 to 275 °C (held for 14 min) at 15 °C/min. The carrier gas was helium at a flow rate of 40 cm/sec, the interface temperature was 230 °C. The injector temperature was 250°C and the splitless injection mode was used; the injection volume was 1l with a split ratio of 1:30 for 1 min. The acquisition was performed in the SIM mode; the ionization energy and emission current were 70 eV and 250 A, respectively.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
