The experience of the exhibition The Italian emigration into a glass of wine and its catalogue, with the inclusion of Augmented Reality is a methodological experimentation through which the scientific contents of a multidisciplinary research have expanded beyond the physical space. The multimedia materials, related to the texts and panels by dedicated app, manage to open with simple touches on smartphones and tablets, allowing even an inexperienced user access to complex and layered sensory worlds. The introduction of Augmented Reality allows to enrich the visual perception of reality through additional levels of multimedia information and transforms the visitor to an exhibition in an active cultural observer. In this article are examples of augmented reality that the reader will activate.
