The Greek-Romans Ancient Theatres - around 900 have already been catalogued - are one of the most relevant legacies of the societies of the past. Their diffusion in the Mediterranean basin testifies the social and cultural value attributed to them through the centuries. Such heritage still deserves close research processes, imposing the definition both of safeguard and valorization policies, allowing the future generations the enjoyment of the good and the opportunity to draw from them new inputs and inspiration for cultural and creative processes. The Mediterranean complexity is well represented by the theatres, which could constitute a potential cultural network founded upon a common history and continuous exchanges - pacific or bloody - of cultural and social models able to contaminate the present. The theatres could be the hubs of a cultural network giving contents and visions to the process of globalization of the XXI century.

Abstract
The theatres could be the hubs of a cultural network giving contents and visions to the process of globalization of the XXI century.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
