Main focus of the contributon consists in the disciplinary traditon and the specific techniques of environmental psychology, relatng with the dichotomy between space-environment and territory-place. Dealing with the complex relatonships among environment, persons and groups, environmental psychology studies the ways and processes by which communites and environment can facilitate experiences bringing persons and groups to have a more positve relatonship with the environment, whether natural or built.
