Abstract
Critical edition, translation and study of Ānandavardhana’s Devīśataka (9th c.) with Kayyaṭa’s commentary (978 AD). First complete assessment of what is certainly the masterpiece in the neglected genre of citrakāvya (“figurative/marvelous poetry”). By editing also the ṭīkā, which is absolutely necessary to decipher the verbal tricks of the Śataka, I try to fill the lack of critical editions and comprehensive studies of Sanskrit commentaries on kāvya.File allegati a questo prodotto
