The aim of our works was to demonstrate with conventional and non conventional MRI sequences the diffuse brain and functional damage occurring in MS patients and to correlate it with the clinical disability in different systems. The combined usage of various MRI techniques might better explain the different aspects underlying the clinical impairment often developing over the MS course.
