The behaviour of the ocular pressure after the application of Ocusert-P40 in glaucomatous eyes, has been evaluated. At the same time, in patients with normal ocular pressure, the behaviour of the accomodative capacity, pupillary diameter and anterior chamber's depth has been examined. It has been observed that the Ocusert-P40 represents a real progress both in effectiveness and in the problem of the side effects, typical for a miotic, parasympathicomimetic drug.

Abstract
The behaviour of the ocular pressure after the application of Ocusert-P40 in glaucomatous eyes, has been evaluated.
