The ocular pressure in glaucomatous patients after the application of Ocusert Pilocarpine 24 hr and of Pilocarpine 2% drops has been evaluated. In other subjects the ocular pressure after Ocusert P. 40 was studied. In a third group of normal patients, the accommodative power, the pupillary diameter and the anterior chamber depth has been observed after Ocusert P. 40. The authors conclude that the Ocusert and expecially Ocusert P. 40 represents a real progress both in the effectiveness and from the point of view of side effects.
