This paper describes the results of a simulation of the sedimentary facies of the Fucino acquifer in central Italy. Simulation was carried out using the technique of conditional simulation of random sets based on truncating Gaussian random variables. The simulation allowed to reconstruct the shape, dimensions and position of the different sedimentary bodies of the acquifer.
