The white on red holmos of tomb 2F from Narce, now in Philadelphia University Museum, attracted the interest of many scholars, due to its particular decoration. The re-examination of the decoration of this holmos, reveals close connections between the vase and the so-called "Narce Painter", a ceramographer who worked in Veii in the first half of the seventh century B.C.E.
