L'articolo analizza la recente legge 52/2015 sul sistema elettorale per la Camera dei Deputati e mostra che , nell'ambito delle difficoltà incontrate dal sistema democratico delle istituzioni rappresentative a livello europeo e internazionale , l'intersezione tra innovazione del sistema elettorale " in senso stretto " e revisione del bicameralismo potrebbe essere altamente pericoloso
