Much of the Italian architectural heritage consists of buildings and related open spaces in a state of poor maintenance, in prevalence designed without knowing that energy would become a cutoff point of our way of life and our future. The aim is to present a study on the renovation of this heritage of urban landscape and to get a widespread environmental quality, wellbeing for the population and a decrease in the energy consumed in the public sector.
