Abstract
Analysis of steel braced frames under earthquake or wind excitation must account far deterioration phenomena affecting stiffness and/or strength characteristics of structural members. In this paper, afte, reviewing some experimental results from the literature, a fairly generai model simulating cyclic behaviour of steel braces is presented and sample applications are worked out in arder to study the dynamic response of bracing systems subjected to ground motion.File allegati a questo prodotto
