The article publishes the letters addressed by Luigi Schiaparelli to Ernesto Monaci and preserved in the Archivio Monaci. They were written between 1901 and 1917 and are a precious document of a scientific and personal relations between the two scholars as well as of Schiaparelli's personality and scholarly interests.
