Abstract
Planar spiral inductors made of a single-wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT) bundle are investigated in order to achieve higher values of the quality factor for high frequency automotive applications. The inductor is modeled as an equivalent circuit whose frequency dependent parameters are obtained by an analytical/numerical procedure. A sensitivity analysis to some design parameters is carried out for frequencies up to 100 GHz.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
