This review is focused on the book of Alessandra Tarquini. The author analyses the battle led by Giovanni Gentile in order to adfirm his cultural hegemony in the Italian fascism. On the one hand, the volume examines the supporters and the opponents of Gentile. On the other hand, the research shows how Gentile at the end of his battle was defeated by others political factions within Italian fascism.
Questa recensione è focalizzata sul libro di Alessandra Tarquini. L'autrice analizza la battaglia condotta da Giovanni Gentile per affermare la sua egemonia culturale nel Fascimo italiano. Da un lato, il volume esamina i sostenitori e gli oppositori di Gentile. Dall'atro, la ricerca mostra come Gentile sia sconfitto alla fine della sua battaglia da altre fazioni politiche interne al Fascismo italiano.
