Starting from international studies and researches on media literacies done in the recent years, many different concepts, methods of reading and educational strategies are experimented in this scientific field. Now, the systematization of acquired and shared knowledge can be useful for the scientific research to compare theoretical models and different reading strategies and to find and unique definition of key words. The main goal is to standardize the educational procedures of action and of learning evaluation emphasizing more effective strategies and methods and reducing methodological lacks. The starting point of this paper is focused on quality parameters of an educational process in media education. In particular, the paper will deepen the matter of the quality in the operative processes, starting from the international shared parameters and re-contextualizing them in the media education field. To achieve this goal, we structure and put forward a model of the quality analysis and testing that will be adapted to media educational planning. We re-contextualize the main indicators, we build the connected variables, we attribute them a semantic weight and we create a quality index, in order to verify the educational effectiveness. The planning and the application of the analysis model on the educational quality in media education have some advantages on the evaluation process and in the research; In the first, it allows to standardize criteria and parameters of the heterogeneous educational experiences starting from the analysis of case studies, it provides a soft representation of information about the media education planning according to different points of view: from the description of the singular case to the national or international comparison of the acquired information in a multi-level perspective. A digital platform, called QuTE (Quality in Training and evaluation), will be used for monitoring and evaluating the main dimensions of the educational process: planning, delivery, perception and impact assessment. QuTE is structured in different modules: MPA foer the evaluation of quality planning, MAE for the evaluation of the delivered quality, MAP for the evaluation of the perceived quality and MAM for the evaluation of the quality of monitory process.
