Sperimentazioni coreografiche e nuovi mondi sonori nella Roma degli anni '70

The author, after a briefly going through some important phases of the Italian dance of the first part of 20th century, dedicates herself in particular to presenting dancers and choreographers (Lucia Latour, Elsa Piperno and Patrizia Cerroni) that were active in Rome with their companies, from the 70s, registering the most important spaces dedicated to the dance experimentation, tracing practices and dynamics that were common to the contemporary theatre of research and underlining the collaboration between the world of dance with that of theatre and music.

L’autrice, dopo aver ripercorso in breve alcune tappe importanti della danza italiana del primo Novecento, si sofferma in particolare sul ruolo di rilievo di danzatrici e coreografe (Lucia Latour, Elsa Piperno e Patrizia Cerroni) attive a Roma con le loro compagnie a partire dagli anni ’70, registrando i luoghi più importanti dedicati alla sperimentazione coreutica, rintracciando pratiche e dinamiche comuni al coevo teatro di ricerca romano e sottolineando le collaborazioni fra il mondo della danza, quello teatrale e quello musicale.
