Risorgimento e centocinquantenario

This essay analyzes the recent revival of interest in the Italian Risorgimento. Most of historians now agree about the origins and the hisotry of the Risorgimento. On the contrary, they disagree about the current inheritance of Risorgimento. Some of them believe that the inheritance of Risorgimento is dead; whereas others consider that the values of Risorgimento are still alive.

Questo saggio analizza la recente ripresa di interesse per il Risorgimento Italiano. Gran parte degli storici concorda ormai sull'origine e sulla storia del Risorgimento. Viceversa, essi sono in disaccordo sulla presente eredità del Risorgimento. Una parte di essi ritengono che tale eredità sia esaurita, altri considerano i valori del Risorgimento ancora vitali.
