This essay concerns the relationship between music and poetry from an historical and theoretical point of view; the problem is framed in a broader aesthetical context, trying to solve the contradiction of the presumed non-semantic nature of music according to the formalistic theories.
Il saggio tratta il rapporto fra musica e poesia da un punto di vista storico e teorico; il problema viene integrato in una più ampia visione estetica che cerca di risolvere l'aporia della presunta asemanticità della musica secondo le teorie formaliste.
