Nuova normativa sulla certificazione energetica degli edifici

With the publication of the law of 3 August 2013, n. 90 with which it has been transposed 2010/31/EU Directive on the energy performance of buildings, the italian regulatory framework in the field of energy performance certificates of buildings has undergone major changes. The article presents the innovations introduced by the legislation and the consequent effects on the actors involved in the building process or in the transfer of lease of buildings or building units.
