R. Ghigi, Adolescenti e differenze di genere. Pratiche e atteggiamenti dei giovani in Emilia-Romagna

The book edited by Rossella Chigi lies in studies on young Italian, studies that traditionally came with a lag culture of our country, compared for example to the United States, where the flowering of Youth Studies is present since the early '50 of last century. In this perspective, the text focuses on the subject that gives the subtitle to the work: "Practices and attitudes of young people in Emilia-Romagna" and field research presented were performed on teenagers aged 13 to 18 years through work, often interdisciplinary, psychologists, sociologists, anthropologists and educators through sample surveys, focus groups, ethnographic observations and interviews in 2010-2012 in some schools of Emilia-Romagna.

Il volume curato da Rossella Ghigi si situa nell'ambito degli studi italiani sui giovani, studi che tradizionalmente sono entrati con un certo ritardo culturale del nostro Paese, rispetto ad esempio agli Stati Uniti, dove la fioritura degli Youth Studies è presente fin dagli anni '50 dello scorso secolo. In questa prospettiva il testo si concentra sull'argomento che dà il sottotitolo al lavoro: "Pratiche e atteggiamenti dei giovani in Emilia-Romagna" e le ricerche sul campo presentate sono state svolte su adolescenti dai 13 ai 18 anni attraverso il lavoro, sovente interdisciplinare, di psicologi, sociologi, antropologi e pedagogisti per il tramite di indagini a campione, focus groups, osservazioni etnografiche e interviste nel biennio 2010-2012 in alcune scuole dell'Emilia-Romagna.
