The School of Aerospace Engineering of Rome proposed to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs a course in Aerospace Engineering dedicated to Iraqi Engineers. The Task Force Iraq with a substantial economical support approved the "High Level Postgraduate Course in Aerospace Engineering" and 15 Iraqi Engineers, selected among the best technicians of the Iraqi Ministers of Science and Technology, High Education and Transport, are following the Course in the Air Force Base of Guidonia, within an area kindly offered by the Italian Air Force for the Course. According to the educational style of the School of Aerospace Engineering (theory paired with Lab activity and technological development), the output of the course will be the design and manufacturing of a 3U cubesat, called TigriSat, whose main payload will be a small sensor for dust storm detection. Abstract
