The study presents in a preliminary form some of the results obtained using topographic methods and geophysical analysis. The integrated relations of these two important technolo- gies permitted to recognize some interesting features of the original assessment of the ancient urban morphology of the Tell and to realize an informatic architecture to control and manage the archaeological records. The digital three dimensional landscape of the Tell is oriented to project a volumetric reconstruction of the urban plan; the mathematical model of the to- pography will be useful as a geometric frame to study the macro and micro-spatial relations between each monument discovered in the urban plan; the geomagnetic map and the radar cross sections try to investigate the relations between the actual morphology of the Tell and the stratigraphical organization of its main archaeological phases. This preliminary analysis underlines how these three different approaches can be used in an integrated system, and why this integrated model can reveal some human inter-relations through the time.
