The paper frames the organizational and management systems models in the life cycle of enterprise networks. The different phases of the partnership process can be developed in a logic of continuous improvement not only for the creation of the network but also for the subsequent changes of the network with an evolution path scheduled in start-up, challenge and evolution. Abstract
The paper frames the organizational and management systems models in the life cycle of enterprise networks. The different phases of the partnership process can be developed in a logic of continuous improvement not only for the creation of the network but also for the subsequent changes of the network with an evolution path scheduled in start-up, challenge and evolution. The network dynamics be addressed with the appropriate use of the following organizational models: models for the certification of technical disciplinary for product/service/process, management systems models for system certification (ISO 9000 standards), “guidelines for establishing partnering arrangements” (national standard UNI 11500:2013 and draft ISO/DIS 22397), models for supply chain processes management (Supply Chain Council 's SCOR Model), Total Quality Management models.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
