This study aims at presenting, through a systematic study, the Italian Consumer Code. The study is carried out using the same methodology used by the same code, splitting into three parts that analysis in relation to specific institutes was held in detail. The goal is to instigate discussion and analysis comparatistiche at a time when you come back to talk about a possible update of the Brazilian CDC.
O presente trabalho se propõe de apresentar, através de um estudo sistemático, o Código do Consumo Italiano. O estudo segue a metodologia utilizada pelo próprio Código, dividindo em três partes a analise que em relação a determinados institutos chega a ser bem detalhada. A finalidade è aquela de provocar discussões e analises comparativas em um momento em voltou a se falar da possível atualização do CDC.
