Abstract
We are living a moment in history when the globally recognized power-system is setting down. The capitalist system is creaking and consequently the way of making architecture too, which for decades has been emanation and material manifesto of this system: Architecture as a product recognizable and reproducible on a global scale, symbol of the architect who creates, picture of the global market. The context has expanded and has become global, we become aware that this context is dying and the architecture and the building process in general are one of the main causes of the global environmental crisis. For the first time we have a responsibility that goes beyond the customer and the city. Reveals a civil liability in which the priorities of the project are to be re-read. There are a number of parameters in which we must improve and to which change our own approach. Sustainability has led us to a reinterpretation of the meaning of Architecture: knowing that wherever you put your hands onI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
