The article focuses on the development of Criminology. The scientific studies about crimes and criminals have moved from their roots to a multidisciplinary approach. One of the main tasks is the need to understand the relationship between criminal personality and environment in which he lives and acts. Today complexity given by the globalization phenomenon has implemented the crime framework adding many new variables. The globalized organized crime has developed new characteristics, assets, synergies, and moda operandi. Therefore, the interconnection to other disciplines such as Communication Sciences it’s necessary to make the criminological research be in step of times.
