Dental traumatology in a deciduous dentition is an occurrence of great importance in the field of pediatric dentistry due to it frequent statistical relevance, for its possible outcomes for a dental buds, and lastly for the subsequent change in growth of the maxillo-facial district of the young patient. Usually a specialist’s attention is directed to the treatment of acute pain, to the timely cure of the lesion and to diligent restorative clinical practice. Even if they are not immediately recognized, legal medical problems are almost constantly underestimated and ignored, vice versa they show an aspect that is not less important to the traumatic event, even in the theme of compensation of functional damage and esthetics suffered, especially taking into consideration the frequent involvement of the prior dental elements. Therefore it is useful for a pediatric dentist to know the most significant ways of the diagnostic procedures and legal and medical evaluation, in order to acquire the necessary information for the correct and complete evaluation of the damage suffered, in the primary interest of the young patient. To supply the pediatric dentist with a valid diagnostic-document protocol that does not limit itself to “the status” of the patient, but in particular it shows the starting point from a clinical check perspective. In order to document it and to subsequently demonstrate in a definitive way a casual link between the actual trauma and the possible permanent multiform outcomes, and following this allowing the evaluation and consequent compensation.

Abstract
In order to document it and to subsequently demonstrate in a definitive way a casual link between the actual trauma and the possible permanent multiform outcomes, and following this allowing the evaluation and consequent compensation.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
