With the publication of the Law of 3 August 2013, n. 90 (OJ No. 181 of August 3, 2013) the regulatory framework in the field of tax deductions for building renovations and for energy efficiency measures in buildings has undergone major changes. This article presents the changes introduced by the legislation and the possibility of tax relief offered in relation to different types of building work by specifying the technical requirements to be complied with and documents to be produced.
