Taking as a starting point the analysis and application of new regulations for integrated management systems, this dissertation analyses the multi-national organisation Eni S.p.A. as a case study. Innovation in the integration of health, safety and environmental systems in the workplace brings benefits if they are widely applied according to a long-term strategic vision.
