In 2012 the Prosecutor opened an investigation on crimes committed in Mali, following a referral by the Malian Government, and found it could not address the admissibility of ANP's declaration accepting the exercise of jurisdiction by the ICC under Art. 12(3) Statute. The Chambers issued their first judgments, finding Lubanga Dyilo guilty, and Ngudjolo Chui not guilty, of crimes within their jurisdiction. They established principles and procedures to be applied to reparations (in DRC); denied the motion for a temporary staying of proceedings against Banda and Jamus (in Sudan); confirmed the charges against individuals suspected of crimes in Kenya; denied the motion for the conditional release of Laurent Gbagbo, and found their jurisdiction on crimes which followed the 2010 presidential elections (in Ivory Coast); authorized Libya to postpone the execution of the request for surrender of Saif Al-Islam Gheddafi, pending a decision on the Libyan application pursuant to Art. 19 Statute.

Abstract
19 Statute.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
