Following a stimulating question raised by R. Winston during the CP violation session of the BEACH 2012 Conference, we briefly comment about testing the time reversal symmetry in neutral meson systems, reviewing the criticism of a previous test in the neutral K meson system performed using the Kabir asymmetry, and discussing how this difficulty can be overcome exploiting the entanglement in K and B meson pairs produced at @f- and B-factories.
