This article proposes an interpretation of F.D.E. Schleiermacher’s Ethik (1812/1813), to investigate the relationship between person, right and State. It is an interpretation that connects community and juridical themes to those of identity formation that Schleiermacher highlights through the concepts of free sociability, language, common good. The central elements are also those of the exchange, mainly economic, based on mutual trust, and the right to work, themes that are very important today, even in the bicentenary of this Schleiermacher's work.

Abstract
This article proposes an interpretation of F.D.E. Schleiermacher’s Ethik (1812/1813), to investigate the relationship between person, right and State. It is an interpretation that connects community and juridical themes to those of identity formation that Schleiermacher highlights through the concepts of free sociability, language, common good. The central elements are also those of the exchange, mainly economic, based on mutual trust, and the right to work, themes that are very important today, even in the bicentenary of this Schleiermacher's work.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
